This Freewell 82mm All-Day Variable Neutral Density 0.6 to 1.5 and 1.8 to 2.7 Filter Kit (2 to 5 and 6 to 9-Stop) includes a Freewell 82mm Standard Day Variable Neutral Density 0.6 to 1.5 Filter and a Freewell 82mm Bright Day Variable Neutral Density 1.8 to 2.7 Filter. Both filters are designed to mount onto lenses with 82mm front filter threads and provide an exposure reduction of 2 to 5 stops and 6 to 9 stops, respectively. These filters are constructed from Schott B270 glass for enhanced clarity and color fidelity. Each glass surface is multi-coated to help eliminate internal ghosting and reflections. The Freewell Variable Neutral Density Filter is also coated for resistance to oil, dust, and scratches, offering greater protection to the filter and helping it to stay clean for longer than with uncoated filters. The coatings are also hydrophobic, resulting in an improved beading effect when in contact with water for greater cleaning efficiency.
