How It Works As water flows through the roller, debris collects on the fleece. When it becomes clogged, the water level inside the unit rises and triggers the float switch. This activates the motor, which automatically advances the roll to reveal fresh fleece.

The used fleece winds up on the take-up spool, eliminating manual cleanup and simplifying your maintenance routine. Connect your aquarium's drain line to the included 1.5 inch PVC elbow, place the unit in a sump with 4 to 6.5 inches of water depth, and use the built-in bracket for easy mounting.
