You will require a CARB compliant catalytic converter;unfortunately we do not carry those. All orders from California residents will be cancelled immediately without notice.However, only customers with vehicles that have Federal Emissions are allowed to install this part on their car in NY State. We suggest calling your local vehicle dealer and providing them with your VIN# and asking them whether your vehicle is Federal Emissions or California Emissions.

The sale and installation of federally certified AMCCs on model year 2001 and newer CARB and EPA "50-state" certified vehicles is prohibited. Colorado joins California, New York and Maine as states with stricter catalytic converter regulations. Effective January 1, 2021, a new regulation will impact all aftermarket catalytic converter repairs performed in the state of Colorado.
